The upcoming discussions at the Social Questions Working Party will address the draft Council Conclusions on fostering social inclusion of persons with disabilities through employment, reasonable accommodation and rehabilitation.

In preparation for these discussions, I would like to bring to your attention a few key considerations from the European Trade Union Confederation.
