Invitation : Join the Protest Against the Omnibus Regulation

Dear colleagues,

On 26 February, the European Commission is expected to publish the Omnibus Simplification Package on CS3D, CSRD and taxonomy, a package that threatens to roll back key worker protection. This Omnibus will weaken essential social and environmental safeguards, reduce corporate accountability, and make it easier for companies to bypass workers’ rights. At a time when workers face growing economic uncertainty, and big multinationals distribute record dividends, the EU should be strengthening worker protection—not opening the door to further labour exploitation.

The ETUC calls on everyone to join a symbolic protest action on 25 February from 10:00 to 11:00 CET at Rue Archimède in Brussels.
