Discrimination of all kinds has no place in the labour market. We work for an inclusive labour market with equal rights and treatment for all workers, regardless of age or gender, as well as migrants and undocumented workers. Increasing the participation of women, disabled people and young workers in the labour market is vital to achieving EU employment targets. Longer working lives, together with digitalisation and other technological innovations reinforce the need for lifelong education and training, good working conditions, and a fair work/life balance.
