Brussels, 17 January 2018.
- International Matters, Trade and International Development Committee
- For Information for ETUC Member Organisations
Dear colleagues,
We are happy to invite you to the next meeting of the International Matters, Trade and International Development Committee.
The meeting will take place on the 21st February 2018 from 9:30 to 17:00 on the 7th floor meeting Room (A+B) of the ITUH building on Boulevard Du Roi Albert II, 5 1210 Brussels.
Please take note that the working language is English only and so there will be no interpretation service.
Please find attached and below the draft agenda for the meeting.
Important! The Commission is in the process of changing its system for reimbursements to its AGM (A new Gateway to EU Meetings) system.
More information will follow soon but in the meantime we will continue to use the same system of reimbursements as before. If there are any changes, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding.
So, travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed by bank transfer after the meeting by the European Commission. People who are entitled to a refund (1 per country, excluding those who work or live in Brussels) are requested to download the forms available on the ETUC’s website and bring them to the meeting, already completed.
We would therefore ask participants to download a Commission reimbursement form for each meeting attended. The forms are available on the ETUC’s website at http://www.etuc.org/reimbursment-forms-ec (you must be logged in).
You are kindly requested to register on line on the ETUC website before the deadline of 7 February 2018.
With my best regards,
Liina Carr
ETUC Confederal Secretary
